I’m Savannah, a wellness coach specializing in healing and empowerment. With experience in both education and counseling, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching. With years of experience in the field of education, I’ve seen the pressures and challenges that come with giving so much of yourself to your work. Over time, I learned that in order to truly thrive—whether in my career or in life—I had to focus on nurturing all areas of my well-being: mind, body, and soul. These interconnected aspects of wellness are the foundation for living a balanced and fulfilling life. I also discovered that to grow to my full potential and be truly empowered, I needed to do some transformative healing and address the limiting beliefs that were holding me back.
Through my journey, I discovered that taking care of my mind, body, and soul wasn’t a luxury, but a necessity. The mental clarity, physical energy, and emotional well-being I gained from prioritizing these areas allowed me to reconnect with my passions and find deeper fulfillment in both my personal and professional life. My Personal Life
When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my family, including my two sons, my mother, and my siblings. I have a deep passion for creativity, whether it's through crafting, painting, or reading, and am always open to trying new hobbies. I also love to dance, taking classes in a variety of styles, and I enjoy performing through community programs. In the summer, you’ll find me outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, always seeking fresh adventures. These experiences enrich my life and help me stay connected to the things that matter most.
