Meet Coach Savannah

I’m Savannah Busnelli, a wellness coach specializing in mindset and empowerment. With experience in both education and counseling, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching. Having worked in education for many years, I’ve seen the pressures and challenges that come with giving so much of yourself to your work. Over time, I learned that in order to truly thrive—whether in my career or in life - I had to focus on nurturing all areas of my well-being: mind, body, and soul. These interconnected aspects of wellness are the foundation for living a balanced and fulfilling life. I also discovered that to grow to my full potential and be truly empowered, I needed to address the limiting beliefs that were holding me back.

Through my journey, I discovered that taking care of my mind, body, and soul wasn’t a luxury, but a necessity. The mental clarity, physical energy, and emotional well-being I gained from prioritizing these areas allowed me to reconnect with my passions and find deeper fulfillment in both my personal and professional life. As I guide others on their wellness journeys, I use a holistic approach that helps you restore balance and embrace sustainable self-care practices.

My Personal Life

When I’m not coaching, I love spending time with my family, especially my two sons. I enjoy playing sports with my youngest and dancing with my oldest. I also spend time with my mother and siblings, and we all share a love for playing board games together.

I have a deep passion for creativity, whether it’s through crafting, painting or dance. I spend a lot of time in the art of dance. I enjoy everything from jazz and hip hop to burlesque and aerial. I practice flow arts and take fitness and yoga classes to stay active and grounded, and I love performing in the community, sharing my passion for movement and self-expression.

I also enjoy reading and doing puzzles as ways to relax and engage my mind. I'm always open to exploring new hobbies as well. In the summer, you’ll find me outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and camping. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, always seeking fresh adventures. These experiences enrich my life and help me stay connected to the things that matter most.
